Issue A New Caveat

If your caveat has lapsed (or was withdrawn or has a defect in it) then consideration may need to be given to obtaining a new caveat to protect your interest.

This may involve an application to the court if the estate or interest claimed is the same (and is based on the same facts).

Contact us to book a conference to discuss the facts of your case and how you may perhaps be able to obtain leave to issue a new / fresh caveat.
